Sew your very own customized, tiered, maxi skirt in this 6 hour workshop. This skirt is light and flowy, made from a cotton gauze and the perfect piece to add to your wardrobe. You will also have the option of making your skirt in white OR navy. Please let us know your fabric choice when you sign up.
Tiered skirts like this one can be made in a range of styles- you will have the option to adjust the length of your tier and body of skirt to however you see fit. You will also learn how to cut the fabric so that you can easily make variations on your own.

This is a great class for the beginner that has used a sewing machine before but looking to gain more experience.

We will learn skills like:

-gathering 

-attaching an elastic waistband

-using the serger to finish seams

-how to make variations of this skirt on your own

 

We offer two lengths: 

Standard- 38”

Petite- 33”

Please provide us with your standard size (XS, S, M…etc) and length (petite or standard) at checkout. 

All materials provided with an option to bring your own cotton fabric (2 yards needed).
